The Terrible Design of Newark Airport 17 min In this video I visit my beloved hometown of Aldridge, paint of a picture of what it was like to grow up here in the 90s and 00s and spoil you with countless stories from my youth. Some of them are nice stories, some of them are disgusting, others downright shameful. But they are what they are. There was no other possible starting place than the croft (the village green) - hub of Aldridge and scene of countless snowball fights, 8 hour footy marathons and teenage drinking sessions. From here I and work my way over to the library, the manor house, cricket club and golf course where I ran out of time. The stories poured out a bit quicker than expected and some of the best ones are yet to come. is definitely potential to do two or three more of these in the next few months; (village centre, surrounding areas, schools) so let me know if you want to see more!
