Walking in dawn moonlight in the waves along Elephant Rock Beach on Tanegashima Island off the coast of Kagoshima, Japan. My ferry from Yakushima back to Kagoshima was cancelled so I ended up spending almost a week on Tanegashima while waiting to secure passage back to the mainland. It gave me a chance to explore the island at a very relaxed pace. The beach by Elephant Rock was my favorite, with the interesting geologic formations and inviting water. It is also a popular surf spot, though I didn't see any big waves when I was there. This morning a near-full moon happened to be out at dawn, making for some nice reflections in the water at blue hour.
