This Gamescom 2026 gameplay preview showcases terrifying mutated creatures, oppressive underground environments, scarce resources, exploration and brutal close-quarters combat. The atmosphere pushes Metro back toward its darker survival-horror roots, where every encounter can become a fight for survival.
