How the Channel Tunnel Works 24 min Hiking in rain, fog, and mist on forest trail to Takatori Castle Ruins in Nara, Japan. We start on a small rural road at the base of the mountain and pass through a small park with cherry blossoms in full bloom before starting up the trail. There is rain throughout the hike, and as we get closer to the mountaintop ruins we enter the clouds, giving the old stones a bit of atmosphere in the dark forest. I had planned on spending a bit more time in Tsubosaka Temple, seen in the last few minutes of the walk, but it was a bit crowded and my camera battery was low, so that will have to wait for another time.
