You simply cannot save everyone, forcing agonizing strategic choices on who to help. - Dual-Identity Combat (The Day vs. Night Shift): The core loop of the game completely transforms based on the position of the sun, offering two entirely distinct gameplay genres. - By Day (Tactical Human): Combat is a methodical tactical experience focused on stamina management and directional inputs (up, down, left, right) to parry and attack, heavily reminiscent of For Honor or Kingdom Come. While an on-screen icon signals the perfect timing for executions, players struggling with the steep learning curve can opt for an automated block-attack at the cost of massive stamina penalties. You'll also utilize Runic Hexes to weaken tougher foes. - By Night (Character Action Vampire): The game completely shifts gears into a blistering, high-speed character action style.
