Silent Hill: Townfall follows Simon Ordell, who is called back to the isolated Scottish island of St. Amelia to “put things right.” Set in 1996, Simon explores the seemingly abandoned town while uncovering fragments of its past and his own connection to the island, using a mysterious pocket television known as the CRTV to tune into unstable signals and uncover clues.
Developed by Screen Burn Interactive and co-published by KONAMI and Annapurna Interactive, Silent Hill: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror experience played entirely in first person. Gameplay combines exploration, evasion, limited weapons, frenetic combat, and narrative-driven puzzles. The game launches September 24, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Steam, and Epic Games Store.
