Man Builds A Futuristic Motorcycle From An Old Scooter | Garage Built By @mwigmedia
2026 min
What happens when a working maxi-scooter is stripped to its mechanical core and rebuilt as something that looks as if it escaped from a forgotten Batman film? Meanwhile in the Garage takes a familiar engine and automatic transmission, then surrounds them with an entirely new machine: enormous automotive tyres, custom hubs, handmade suspension, chain-driven transmission, adapted steering and a low cockpit that places the driver inside the vehicle rather than on top of it.
As you will see, this is not a conventional motorbike, nor it is a replica. In fact, it is an original Batman-inspired road machine created almost entirely from raw steel, mechanical experimentation and relentless problem-solving.
The finished vehicle combines the theatrical presence of vintage Batman machinery with the honesty of a workshop-built prototype. Its ribbed wheel guards, paired lights, visible fasteners and dark body give it the appearance of a miniature crime-fighting machine, but beneath that silhouette is a fully functional network of custom-made parts.
Just sit and enjoy.
