Instead, it watches a town breathe together: porch lights left on, bells ringing softly, people showing up in small ways that matter. I wrote this story first — long before any images existed. Then I carefully brought it to life using AI as a creative tool, not a replacement for intent. For this film, I experimented with Nano Banana Pro by Google to generate the imagery, and the results allowed me to express warmth, texture, and emotion in a way that felt right for this story. The animation was completed using VEO, and the music was composed specifically to move with the town — never ahead of it. This is not a fast video. It’s meant to be felt, not skimmed.
