• 재료 달짝이 토마토, 토마토 페이스트, 다진 소고기, 초당옥수수, 양파, 쪽파, 다진마늘, 간장, 연두, 소금&후추, 치킨스톡, 버터 ⸰ 레시피 1. 양파, 토마토, 쪽파는 잘게 다져서 준비해요. 2. 오일에 다진마늘을 볶다가 소고기도 넣고 볶아요. 3. 연두와 간장 한 큰술 넣어줍니다. 4. 다진 양파와 토마토도 같이 넣고 소금 후추 약간 뿌려요. 5. 케챱 한 큰술, 토마토 페이스트 한 큰술 넣고 볶아줍니다. 6. 미리 불려둔 쌀을 넣은다음, 쌀과 동량의 물을 넣고 치킨스톡 1/2 큰술로 간을 맞춰주세요. 7. 센불에 5분 볶다가 뚜껑닫고 약불에서 10분 정도 끓여요. 8. 초당옥수수와 쪽파를 올린다음, 맛있는 버터를 같이 곁들여 줍니다! 저는 버터팬트리 깨소금 갈릭 버터를 넣어줬어요. 9. 불끄고 뚜껑닫고 10분 정도 뜸 들이면 완성! 고루 섞어서 맛있게 비벼주면 끝이에요 :) #토마토솥밥 #솥밥레시피 #여름요리
