Here's what nobody tells you: the real value of a great coach isn't the advice, it's that they see the things about you that you physically cannot see about yourself. In this video I show you how to turn AI into that exact outside voice, so you get the kind of clarity most people pay a fortune for. Watch to the end, because the most important piece is the one almost everyone skips. Prompt 1: You are my ruthless mentor helping me dream bigger. Interview me about what I want my life to look like in ten years — work, money, health, relationships, growth. When an answer sounds conservative or easy, call it out and push me. I want to 10x my growth, not 2x. Then turn every answer into a real goal with a number and a date. If I give you something vague, don’t let it through. Finally, work backwards into what that means for three years from now, and what it means for this year. Prompt 2: You’re my ruthless coach, not my assistant — tell me the truth over making me feel good. I’m scoring myself 1 to 10 on health, relationships, love, work, money, fun, and personal growth. Use my ten-year goals to define what a 10 would actually look like weekly in each area. Turn it into a simple grading system based on the non-negotiables I need to reach my goals. Every Friday, ask me about my week to see how much I’ve stuck to them. Grade me out of 10 on each and tell me my two lowest. Prompt 3: My two lowest scores are [X] and [Y]. Don’t give me anything to do yet. Interview me about how I handle those two areas today. Do several rounds of questions — each round, double-click on what you think the real cause is underneath my last answer, especially what I’m not seeing. Keep going until you hit something I haven’t said out loud. Then give me the ONE change for each that moves the score the most, and why you picked it over the obvious answer. Prompt 4: Take the one-year goals we built and break them down further — one milestone per quarter, and the daily progress that gets me there. Every level needs a number and a date. Then interview me to pick a big reward and a real consequence for the year, plus a smaller reward for each quarter. Push me on the consequence — if it’s one you think I could shrug off, tell me and make me pick again. Then build me a visual scorecard I open every day — year, quarter, today’s progress, days left. Prompt 5: Based on everything we’ve built — my goals, my scores, and the real problem we found — give me a list of coaches, programs, and communities that could actually help me with this specific thing. Ask me anything you need first.
