Year 2099. Humanity has finally achieved what once seemed impossible. NASA launches the first interstellar mission in human history, sending a crew beyond the Solar System toward the Aldebaran Star System, nearly 65 light-years from Earth. The mission is meant to explore an uncharted world. Instead... they discover they were expected. Hidden within the system lies an ancient civilization known as the Aldebarans—a species whose technology has evolved thousands of years beyond humanity's imagination. For centuries they have remained invisible, silently watching the stars, believing no civilization could ever reach them. Everything changes when the first human spacecraft enters their territory. What begins as a scientific expedition quickly becomes humanity's first encounter with an advanced extraterrestrial civilization. This is the beginning of a much larger story.
