That's three out of four people in this industry running on fumes. And it makes sense. Every year there's a new channel, a new format, a new algorithm. More things to keep alive. Same number of hours to do it in. But one survey of a thousand marketers found the ones using AI properly are getting back around 13 hours a week. That's close to a third of the work week, handed back to you. There is a caveat though and I see it in my own data. 54 percent of companies get stuck doing things halfway. Testing a little. Automating a little. Just enough effort to cost you time and money, never enough to actually compound. It is the most expensive place you can possibly be. Half-automating is exactly the same. If a lead gets an instant reply but no booking link, no reminder, no follow-up, you automated one step and you're still carrying the other four by hand. The fix is finishing the loop. Follow-up, booking, reminders, review requests, one connected system, start to finish. That's what my partner HighLevel does.
