Kavan ("Kavan the Kid") broke down his exact workflow for "The Chronicles of Bone," built in Magnific. I condensed it into 10 steps you can read in under a minute 👇 1. Build a Style Bible before generating a single frame. Wides, mediums, and close-ups for every character, with locked details (eye color, scars) so the AI doesn't drift. 2. Ground the AI in reality. Kavan carved a physical mask, photographed himself wearing it, and used that as his image-to-image base. 3. The "Black Video" voice hack. Converting audio into a solid black screen video produces far better lip-sync than raw audio files. 4. Keep source audio flat and clean. The AI automatically applies the right environmental reverb based on your location prompt. 5. Separate voice from emotion. The black video carries the voice print; the text prompt directs the delivery. 6. The 360° Quadrant Strategy. Generate North/South/East/West master angles of every set so backgrounds stay consistent between cuts. 7. The Universal Cinematic Suffix. End every prompt identically and only swap the camera move — this keeps the visual style consistent across the entire film. 8. Prompt action, not nouns.
